Items must be reported as damaged/defective within seven days of

receipt to be eligible for return/replacement. Items reported after

seven days may not be eligible for a refund.

 

Custom-printed items will receive a proof before printing. No returns on

custom items unless damaged/defective. We are not responsible for

customer error after proofs are approved.
